  RETURN:

If customer/you receive any damage product/product missed (during shipping) it will be replaced immediately. But only if you Email us an unboxing video of damage/missing product within 24 hours after receiving parcel

  • we are unable to accept any return or exchange if you'll share unboxing video after that , Video should be UN-EDIT and UN-CUT

  • Customer responsible for cost of return shipping.


    REFUND:

  • We don't offer refund                      

 CANCELLATION:

  •  Order Placed can't be cancelled at any situation

  • Since pre-order information is provided upfront on the product page, including timelines, we kindly inform you that cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.


    RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

  • If an order is returned to us due to reasons such as customer not available, unreachable, incorrect address, or wrong mobile number, the customer will be responsible for paying the RTO charge 150rs, which is equivalent to the shipping fee for the second dispatch.

  • Once the product reaches us, we will repack and prepare it for reshipment. The order will only be shipped again after the RTO charge (second shipping fee) is paid.Two reminders will be shared through email

  • If the customer chooses not to pay the RTO charge, we will be unable to reship the product, and no refund will be provided.
